Foi graduado em Engenharia Civil pela UFPR (1992) e obteve mestrado em Engenharia de Recursos H\u00eddricos pela UFPR (1997).<\/p>\n<p>Trabalhou com engenheiro civil na COPEL (1994-2000), na Tramo S\/C Estruturas (2000-2007) e denov\/2007 a jun\/2018 trabalhou na Intertechne Consultores Associados.
